11. I spent a couple of hours setting it all up, and fiddling around with it it try to get it to work, but it absolutely isn't blocking anything on the child's device.

1. Fix Parental Control App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parental Control App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parental Control App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parental Control App" » Open Parental Control App - Parents » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parental Control App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parental Control App - Parents app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parental Control App servers.
