1. This reads as an error rather than presenting the kid a time up message.I submitted support ticket 6 days ago regarding location service, but no response yet.

2. There are other free apps that does way more than this.It seems to be doing well, but No easy way to reset password.

4. Have had the Parent app for a couple of weeks and at first it worked well but this last week I have had constant problems opening the app and it says it cannot connect to server.

5. I will be looking for another app.Useless, you get a 3 day trial of the premium which is great but after that the app is completely unusable you pay £70 for a years subscription! It's not a trial for 'premium features' as it says.

6. Eg I limit total time, but after that time you can still watch apps not covered by this app.

7. Do not try this app!My teenager has been a little scary on social media so I downloaded this so I could monitor her phone.

8. I thought the phone will shut down after the set time limit is used.

9. When it does open activity it freezes or crashes in the middle of viewing and kicks me out or says not responding.

10. When time is up this app disconnects the apps from the network.

11. I spent a couple of hours setting it all up, and fiddling around with it it try to get it to work, but it absolutely isn't blocking anything on the child's device.
