Jawahr Customer Insights

1. Tried to sign in with same phone number, app says number does not exist....WHAT???Poor customer service.

2. Takes a long time until a reply is given and even then, they don't stay with you and take still take long to reply.Very bad customer service, I didnot get the service and they didnot refund as well.

3. Tried to renter the missing info, app says phone number is already taken.

4. The driver just call us only when he is on location and most of the time arrive early by an hour.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Jawahr Issues

1. Fix Jawahr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Jawahr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Jawahr App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jawahr" » Open Jawahr - Domestic workforce » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jawahr » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Jawahr - Domestic workforce app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jawahr servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jawahr - Domestic workforce" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Jawahr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jawahr might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Jawahr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jawahr then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jawahr not working


2. Fix Jawahr Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jawahr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jawahr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jawahr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
