  4. Check Abu Dhabi Media app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Abu Dhabi Media might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Abu Dhabi Media. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Abu Dhabi Media then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Abu Dhabi Media not working

    There is a monthly transaction of 18.99aed on my card but I don't have any application, I want to ask why do you deduct this amount from my card and who authorised you? I checked with my bank but they have no idea, I want to stop this and get refunded for the payments you are deducting from my card for the past 6 months
