Shuttle Music Player (Legacy) Customer Insights

1. This is very vey annoying because it means I need to go into the the app every time I want to pause, skip, change album, etc...Used to use Shuttle's folder browser to play music in my well-organized music collection, but playing from folders hasn't worked in a long time.

2. My biggest beef is that it struggles to work with playlists uploaded from my computer to the device - I had to upload them twice for them to populate in the app! Also, is there no way to remove items from a playlist in bulk? Why do I have to go through them one at a time?Just a couple minor gripes.

3. Was an ok player, but unfortunately no longer useful. This app is such a good alternative to stock apps! It has such good control over music folders, album art on lock screen, and is really good at giving you a customized experience that you have a lot of control over.

4. There are only two downside I've found so far: 1.- It does not work through my car's system (but then again, only Google Play Music would).

5. Samsung Galaxy S9+.I've been searching for a Google Play Music replacement ever since it was discontinued and Shuttle is the closest one so far.

6. But I have always had an issue with my personal playlists - they frequently show no songs when I select one, and I have to reboot the phone to get playlists to work.

7. (!) Adding files from folders to a playlist does nothing, which is an annoying extra step anyway, particularly while driving.

8. Also, I haven't figured out an easy way to share playlist updates between my phone and computer.

9. This app does not go to the web for music, it uses what you have on your device.

10. Select by artist, album, song, playlist.

11. I see playlist problems mentioned but I copy playlist files from home pc and they work fine.
