1. The loading, however, makes the app feel like a pile of hot garbage, so it makes you want to avoid using it unless you really have to.Most of the new app is fine, but I am having issues with the mobile deposit feature.
2. It didn't.Besides the occasional 'Can't connect you, you're on the moon' phrase, the app is not that bad.Was forced to update the app, now cannot log in - keep getting the infamous "cannot connect, are you on the moon" message.
3. Looks like it's been a known problem for a bit - hopefully someone is reading this and fixing it.I haven't had any problems with my Dupaco Mobile app.
4. I use direct deposit now for my paychecks but on my birthday grandma still sends me a personal check for $5 and I like to deposit that with the app instead of wasting $10 in gas to drive to a bank.
5. I've tried logging on to the mobile desktop and also get a frozen loading screen.
6. I wish the mobile check deposit process was faster.
7. 7/11/20-Horrible app design, and super slow.My life has been so much better with Dupaco.
8. As others have stated, the logging in and navigating cause ridiculous loading times or not loading at all.
9. I have e-mailed Dupaco, but they haven't been much help.
10. I have cleared my cache, enabled cookies, disabled cookies, uninstalled, reinstalled and nothing works.
11. Forced to use browser.2/1/23-app design got WAY better the past couple years, and speed picked up considerably.
