I love that it has resources for outside-US learning; I have been able to introduce other teaching strategies that have helped my students gain a better understanding of skills.I would like to recommend this app to every teacher out there.. Truly awesome and makes you ready for the day in minutes.

Every time I lose the search results if I don't keep my screen active but the search usually takes so long (over 2 mins and I've high speed internet)i am very disappointed i paid for basic program and beside 4 booklet all the related stuff to SAT either ask me to upgrade or if i download it say "file cannot open" .

3. No more Twinkl for me I suppose.Twinkl you are so much better than this! This app could be doing exactly what your mission is to save teachers time! We should be able to load the app whenever and wherever we are line up some resources and use the lesson planner so when we hit our desks half our work is already done.

4. But no the app doesn't work, load or do anything productive! What a wasted opportunityI use Twinkl daily and really benefit from it, but the official font is problematic.

9. Try to use this app: crashes, locks up, freezes, permanently saying no 'connection ' despite all other features of phone working on WiFi and/or 4G.

10. Doesn't recognise email or password, not sure which because it doesn't say, and it doesn't even give you the "Forgot your password?" kind of message.

1. Fix Twinkl Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Twinkl: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Twinkl App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Twinkl" » Open Twinkl » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Twinkl » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Twinkl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Twinkl servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Twinkl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Twinkl app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Twinkl might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Twinkl. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Twinkl then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Twinkl not working

2. Fix Twinkl Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Twinkl be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Twinkl not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Twinkl may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
