Hi. My account is saying that my previous messages breached the community guidelines but I didn’t say anything bad to anyone so I wasn’t sure what is going on? It gives me a notification above every chat that says “some of your previous messages breached our community guidelines. stay compliant to avoid account restriction.” I didn’t do anything wrong?

a few weeks or so ago, i made a new account because my last account was acting weird and a few minutes of being in the account i was i immediately banned for no reason. i’ve reached out to the support center for help SEVERAL times and never got a response email back. there is no reason at all for multiple people to get banned on this app for no reason—and if you are going to ban anybody, give them the chance to make another account🤦🏽‍♀️. this app is entirely unfair and the CEOs obviously don’t care so there was no reason to make the app in the first place☠️☠️. unban me.

I have been recently banned and would love to have my account back.

I have been using Wizz since January 2021 and have established solid friendships and relationships. This is an amazing app to make new friends. I am more of a quite kid at school and I look forward to meeting new people each day on this app.

This past week I went onto my phone and saw that I have been shadow banned. I can no longer receive or send messages. I had a nervous breakdown because me and my friends made group chats on Wizz which were fun to talk on. 

I don’t understand what I did wrong and if I did do something wrong I apologize. I want Wizz to be a safe app and a safe space to meet more friends. 

Please get back to me as soon as possible so that I can hopefully find and make friends on Wizz again

Also, I find it funny that I got banned after I purchased wizz gold. Wizz used to be a great app not full of ads and restrictions. I purchased gold because of this. It seems as if I am being scammed. 


Also this is my 5th time emailing. I will continue to email this organization until I understand what exactly I did wrong.

Why does wizz have a “contact” button if I cannot contact wizz.
