1. If something happens to my vehicle, I'll definitely fill a case in the consumer forum.I m using this device from 2020 but from 2022 December the device given false information, wrong notification and wrong GPS location.

2. Attached files option not available other wise I will upload it.Not even a month of use of this device and already having issue of device connection and server error 500 issue is very annoying.

3. Will recommend to all my friends.We have been using the device for 6 months now, understanding their full features took some time because there are so many.

4. Imagine the horror when you have put the vehicle in engine cut off mode, and when you wish to use the vehicle and try to disable engine cut off mode, but there is an internal server error.

1. Fix Letstrack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Letstrack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Letstrack App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Letstrack" » Open Letstrack » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Letstrack » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Letstrack app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Letstrack servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Letstrack" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Letstrack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Letstrack might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Letstrack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Letstrack then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Letstrack not working

2. Fix Letstrack Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Letstrack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Letstrack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Letstrack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
