1. This is the worse cab service in the United States! The cabs are filthy and they take 3 hours to pick you up! Find a different cab company if you can!Very happy with black and white transportation.

2. Unless you enjoy seeing "oops something went wrong " error messages don't download this tripe.Only taxes in the whole city they have a 2 hour wait after u waited all day and do not need them any more they charge u a fee.

3. Can only book a senior acct ride from 8-3 daily by calling.I like having an account with Black and White.

4. I ordered the service because Uber wouldn't come out and I will order again from here on out instead of uber I will recommend to all my friends and family!Your app does not accomodate JFS accts.

1. Fix Black & White Transportation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Black & White Transportation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Black & White Transportation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Black & White Transportation" » Open Black & White Transportation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Black & White Transportation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Black & White Transportation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Black & White Transportation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Black & White Transportation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Black & White Transportation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Black & White Transportation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Black & White Transportation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Black & White Transportation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Black & White Transportation not working
