1. I love everything on here! WOW is amazing!! I wish they would add a Playlist option so I can watch the episode of drag race and then the untucked episode without having to switch back and forth every time.

2. I don't think that makes a lot of senseI have downloaded this app TWICE! Every time I click to watch a show it goes to a black screen and stays like that.

3. It does some odd things, for instance when you start watching something from the Series page of that show it will automatically go to the next episode like Netflix and hulu.

1. Fix WOW Presents Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WOW Presents Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WOW Presents Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WOW Presents Plus" » Open WOW Presents Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WOW Presents Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WOW Presents Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WOW Presents Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WOW Presents Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WOW Presents Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WOW Presents Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WOW Presents Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WOW Presents Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WOW Presents Plus not working
