1. So the original list of saved phone calls that was provided by my phone and was part of what my cell phone offered...is gone forever!!! Apps that don't do what they claim should be removed from Google apps.After looking at the reviews, I felt this was an incredible app.... However, once I downloaded I had nothing but issues, I couldnt block callers, the app took total control over my phone contacts and calling.

2. I didnt like having to give total permission over my calling/callers... However every time I tried to block a number the app would crash!!!!!!!!!!! I am giving this app a 1 star...... 👎🏾Doesn't seem to identify calls unless it's set as your default phone app.

3. Plus when I deleted the list of phone calls saved by this app...it also deleted my list of calls set up for me by my cell phone.

4. Instantly installed and am reporting! Also rehire the ratings, to me there are way too many 5 star ratings with only a short 1 line write up...🤔How to remove big banner with advertisement in the bottom of the screen? It's very annoying.

5. Thanks a lot for nothing.5/24/20 This app fails to record incoming and outgoing calls, which is the only reason why I downloaded it.

6. Also in those 5 minutes my phone got really hot to the point of burning my fingertips.

1. Fix Call Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Call Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Call Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Call Recorder" » Open Call Recorder for Phone Call » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Call Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Call Recorder for Phone Call app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Call Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Call Recorder for Phone Call" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Call Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Call Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Call Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Call Recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Call Recorder not working

2. Fix Call Recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Call Recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Call Recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Call Recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
