Why should I report an Issue with TPlayer - All Format Video?

1. Tons of options, great lay out.....but when it comes to actually playing the videos, it literally could not be any worse! 480p video quality with 88 mbps download speed and having the device prioritzed...... and videos still had SOOO much buffering it was unwatchable without pausing it for 10 mins to get 5 mins of un buffered video.

2. 7 minutes is a lot without it crashing & you have to open video from start Had to edit this review from 1 to 4 because I managed to downgrade from version 6b to 5.8b which still works fine without any issuesAn utter mess of a player.

3. Would much rather use in built video player but obviously got a deal going with teatv so u have to have it.Nice player works ok, will increase stars if fix issues.

6. Two glitches DEV team need to fix : #1 Reading home video from internal storage or SD card is BUFFERING? Why? 10 seconds into the video? This is not normal.

7. Was hoping its minimalistic features will speed its processing and turning off WIFI might halt player trying to load Ads haha! BUT both these cause more glitches.

8. Not recommended.I use a streaming app that now basically forces you to use this app as a player, I wouldn't have a problem with that but the player isn't chromecast compatible, everytime I try to cast anything the player always crashes.

10. But no! I was totally wrong about this I got TONS of ads! I feel like I should start to searching another streaming service that provides low percentage of the ads and the buffering.

1. Fix TPlayer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TPlayer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TPlayer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TPlayer" » Open TPlayer - All Format Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TPlayer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TPlayer - All Format Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TPlayer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TPlayer - All Format Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TPlayer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TPlayer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TPlayer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TPlayer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TPlayer not working

2. Fix TPlayer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TPlayer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TPlayer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TPlayer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
