DynaMapper Customer Insights

1. I would like to see more from this app... I love it and i am making huge worldwide projects with it!!!Where is my purchased downloaded content? I purchased this app a couple of years ago, plus purchased the additional packs and they are no longer available to download!crashed anytime I tried to use custom clips.

2. I purchased all available packs and downloaded some of them without problem, but first 3 of them Valentines Day, Christmas and Halloween after payment insted of downloading displayed message: No connection.

3. No connection to what? I had strong signal and good connection at the time and all other packs downloaded and installed without problem.

4. Please make a performance section with the ability to switch/select through recorded scenes on demand Please.Refund. No support or info how to use app.

5. don't pay for abandoned products.I still requested for a refund as i assumed it would me to upload custom mapping into app and build a timeline.

6. So how can I get those packs or refund?This is the ONLY mobile app to actually make professional videomapping.

7. The current record process doesn't let you save the scenes in a bank to used as needed.

8. The tutorial button takes you to an Optoma web page that says the program has ended.

9. Anytime I leave and return to my scenes they're completely different upon reopening.

10. Also there needs to be a way to record scenes and play them back.

11. Do you run this live through a projector and draw your scene that way? Do you take a photo of the scene and draw in it then project it? No clue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DynaMapper Issues

1. Fix DynaMapper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DynaMapper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DynaMapper App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DynaMapper" » Open DynaMapper » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DynaMapper » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DynaMapper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DynaMapper servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DynaMapper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DynaMapper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DynaMapper might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DynaMapper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DynaMapper then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DynaMapper not working


2. Fix DynaMapper Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DynaMapper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DynaMapper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DynaMapper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
