Why should I report an Issue with Egenda - School Planner & Assi?

1. For any high school or college student, I would highly recommend this app, it's great.This app is fantastic most of the time, however, this week it started changing the class for every assignment that I edit to the class at the top of the alphabet.

2. Due time for assignments, not just date, and optional notifications for each assignment.

3. The glitches other people are describing don't happen to me, I'm not sure why, maybe we have different phones (Samsung vs Apple)? The design is very nice and its very easy to add assignments.

4. The only thing I wish they would change is add an option to have all calendars be either MTWTFSS or SMTWTFS, instead of the overview being MTWTFSS and the calendar for adding assignments being SMTWTFS.

5. otherwise, perfect for what i use it for.Very simple yet great way to keep track of your school work! I like the loads of features other apps have, but find them to be too time consuming.

6. It would also be nice if it didn't notify you for zero assignments due - it gets a bit annoying over breaks especially.I just started using this app and I'm in love with it.

7. For example, I want to be able to quickly add homework, quizzes and the like in between classes, but I don't have the time to write a book about it.

8. It allows me to assign myself what is due and when it is due I love the colors that you can assign each class, and the satisfaction is great when I swipe that homework or quiz off the list.

9. A cloud feature would also be nice.Good for organizing assignments if you remember to manually open the app to check.

10. It saved me like 30 dollars because I didn't have to buy a physical planner, and it is much more convenient when adding assignments to just pull out my phone.

11. It would also be nice if I could order the classes with the drop down when creating an assignment like how we can order classes in the side menu.

1. Fix Egenda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Egenda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Egenda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Egenda" » Open Egenda - School Planner & Assi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Egenda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Egenda - School Planner & Assi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Egenda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Egenda - School Planner & Assi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Egenda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Egenda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Egenda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Egenda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Egenda not working

2. Fix Egenda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Egenda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Egenda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Egenda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
