Why should I report an Issue with Baby Tracker - Breastfeeding?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The analysis section gives you totals for the day for food intake and pumping, diapers, measurements and more! Only bug I noticed is that the reminders feature doesnt work well at all, but personally I didn't mind, i just used my phone alarms for that...It has really help me on tracking my baby's sleeping patterns and am glad I came across it👍I tried so many baby tracker apps and this one is my absolute favourite! My only suggestion would be the option to have the feeding reminder to continuously repeat starting from the last entered feed, rather than every 3 hours on the dot for exampleGreat app so far to track the baby needs.

2. Would be great to add more features such as teeth for baby (better to just able choose which tooth growing by picture to add), motor & social milestones by weeks that we just need to tick with date when they achieve that, able to sort the vaccinations list.

3. But this one is worth it.Great app, only issue is that it's limited to 2 people per child.Great app for tracking, I only wish they would add weight and hight tracking over 12 month old.

4. Some extra features like pictures of first "doing something", also would be lovely.We love the app itself and wish to keep using it, but communication from the app developers for support is poor.

5. I would also love a feature to download all data at once, not per weekUpdate2: Keyboard issue is fixed! Update: Had to take off a star because the keyboard covers the note field, so it's hard to see what I'm typing.

6. 😵 💫 I've used it every day for 4 months, and I've never had an issue either! This one is great, I highly recommend it! ☺️Download this application 3-days into my firstborns life.

7. I absolutely love this it, I tried so many others that were just totally overwhelming and hard to navigate, especially with baby brain and in the middle of the night.

10. I like at all the buttons are near the bottom because I often am using the app with one hand, and I do appreciate that many of the forms are automatically filled out from the last event.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Tracker - Breastfeeding » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Tracker - Breastfeeding app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Tracker - Breastfeeding" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
