1. Very sad 😢😢 and angry how i wish i could see the developers within... Just to run one's system nonsense 🙄🙄🙄Why I can't remove account from my phone..when I want to factory rest my phone, I am trying to remove the account, but it says I won't have a permission to do so...why? It's my phone ...are you guys trying to control my phone? Not happy at all..I can't receive confirmation messages.

2. Extremely frustrating.This is Exactly The Same UI & Design of The Recently Not Working Best E-mail App Ever "E-mail App for Any Mail" ! Ahh.. FINALLY Found a Working Alternative with Same Design 🙌 !!!I just wish the rest of the App, other than the email portion, had the ability to translate to English.Works like a champ! Much better than Gmail.

3. It does throw "update web view" alert by error, could be Google's fault.Very Sad about this app, first for the data i wasted downloading and updating it This is the worst app ever, the developers should end this app or payback to users who have wasted their data downloading this rubbish.

4. The new interface is good if all you have is one email account, but it is now much harder to move between multiple accounts than it was before.

5. No good reason for changing the interface as old interface was great and easy to use.My settings are for some reason set in Belarusian.

1. Fix Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mail" » Open Mail: Email, Cloud, Calendar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mail: Email, Cloud, Calendar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mail: Email, Cloud, Calendar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mail not working

2. Fix Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
