1. Might be cool if the samples and tutorials were in english or spanish so I could understand em, and 8 gigs for the free version is ok but 20 would be better, but hey it works and it's fast, I ain't complaining.Very impressed with 3 uploads at once & their speed, very nice app dashboard & the variety of options available for us to use the app for our media browsing with innovative categories.

2. Minus: no facial recognition in videos, hard to choose phone folders to upload.Wasn't sure about this app due to writing in another language, but I was desperate to save my Videos ,& pics! I really like this app.

3. Just needed a cloud service to share work pics and videos while in the field, one that I didn't already use in some other capacity, and I like the clean, simple ui.

4. Great job app devs.Happy with this cloud - facial recognition is best of all I have (Google, Amazon, Samsung Gallery, Huawei cloud).

5. Not to mention, the interface seems a bit wonky and out of date, which reiterates my initial suspicion, that it's a backdoor.This is an efficient and inexpensive extra space to help keep me better organized.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cloud Issues

1. Fix Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cloud" » Open Cloud: Video, photo storage » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cloud: Video, photo storage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cloud: Video, photo storage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cloud not working


2. Fix Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
