Why should I report an Issue with QR Scanner: Barcode Scanner?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I understand the need to display the ads, but the "open" button shown (part of the ad) being the same color scheme, AND bigger than the actual results buttons comes off as kinda purposely deceitful - as in a 'click bait' scenario... just my opinion.

2. There's little caveat to perfection, if only there were less information between the user and the device in place with a more streamlined experience then there'd also be less word in the review.If it detects any sort of code, it will scan.

3. Definitely if it's something you use alot or something to mess around with for Fun.Works just like I need it to..... it would be nice though if the ad displayed wasn't actually bigger than the results after scanning.

4. Uninstalled this app and tried another, which got it right on the 1st try.Works if you can see through the advertisement to align the box on screen with the code your trying to read.

5. I can't give it any higher of a rating if it's main feature doesn't even work.Kept displaying the wrong results.

6. Which code did it scan? Way too abrupt.So far it has been an absolutely seemless experience.

7. The very ease of its use Along with the Accurate Information of the Scan results would is amazing!! I would say that it's at least 75% accurate.

8. Also if I scan the same item again it gives me results for something entirely different.

9. **Update** I haven't used in some time, only because of the lack to use qr reader, but there wasn't an advert in the middle of the reader as in my previous experience.

11. Deleted it at one point, wanted to reinstall it forgot which one it was in the lineup, after trial and error of four different apps that didn't work I ran back into this one.. it's the only one that would work for me at all .

1. Fix QR Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QR Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QR Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QR Scanner" » Open QR Scanner: Barcode Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QR Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QR Scanner: Barcode Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QR Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QR Scanner: Barcode Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QR Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QR Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QR Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QR Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QR Scanner not working

2. Fix QR Scanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QR Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QR Scanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QR Scanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
