Why should I report an Issue with Controlz - MOC controller?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Maksim Nemna to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

It's all right I guess even though the only thing I could get working was the basic controls of my vehicle (like forward and backwards, left and right) couldn't get the tilt sensor to work fully It said the calibration was not avalable when I tried to change the orentation settings and(using technic hub), it's really finicky when you try to input two controls at the same time, this is a cool concept and I wasn't expecting it to work with my vehicle as well as it did or be supported.Great app with great potential.

Would be nice to change direction of single axis joystick (maybe want to have it horizontal for rotation) Also in multi axis Joystick, would be nice to have it run mode not servo mode (great for combining track and some rotational movement) Also sliders - calibration mode is great, but would be nice to have slider in middle and then find "leftmost" and "rightmost" position.

3. This would give great options to have truly complex movement through this app!The app doesn't allow to connect a hub on Mi Pad 3: it shows "location services not enabled" message and refuses to search for hubs.

4. Not a huge issue but would be handy to keep the settings active some how?Edit: Developer showed how to get it working with 42100 set, and now everything is golden! Can construct different UIs for different builds, with various types of control.

5. Or use slider for driving linear actuators so one can calibrate it Great example is new Lego Liebherr - to make program for this.

6. Obviously location toggle is enabled and other apps, including Control+, PoweredUp and BrickController2, work without issues.

7. The description should mention Lego and Technic Hub.Absolutely love this app! Use it for all my hubs in my Lego trains and they work perfectly.

8. I set up a personalized controller for 2 hubs and 7 motors in just a few minutes.Easier to use than the official powered up app, and more expandable than the control+ app.

10. Great for testing and your own creations.I don't like that makes you pay to use a product you own I have aBuwizz 2.0 and they want $3 let me use it.

11. Unfortunately, this one has unstable Bluetooth connection sometimes - one day it works perfectly, another time it fails to connect at all.

1. Fix Controlz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Controlz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Controlz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Controlz" » Open Controlz - MOC controller » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Controlz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Controlz - MOC controller app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Controlz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Controlz - MOC controller" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Controlz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Controlz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Controlz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Controlz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Controlz not working

2. Fix Controlz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Controlz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Controlz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Controlz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
