1. :)Hello!! The app is really cool and I'm having lots of fun writing stories with it, hence the five stars! Would it be possible to add audio from the phone though? And, maybe be able to customize the username colors more, like custom colors? Sorry if what I said doesn't make sense😖 Edit: I've also noticed that when using the sticker option, they add a black background to transparent ones.

2. and if possible (how can i explain? orz)...like—when we reply, our message status is automatically seen before the trigger works, right? so, i hope there's a feature (on real mode) that could let us edit the time when our message status to be 'seen'.

3. just maybe some things need to be developed further like 1) adding the function to bold, italic, underline, striketrough the text 2) if possible, i hope you can also add the function to add the message in the middle because i sometimes forget/need to add something and have to delete all the things in the bottom.

4. Please change the name for the folder without dots (.) because it makes the folder not detected by the gallery.It is a great app but you need to add a mode for notifications, where you can schedule future messages and that these messages are also seen in notification.

5. Once we click on profile picture in chats page the popup is not same as the original whatsapp and background is white instead of dark.

6. Do also consider allowing character to send text msg to receiver at certain preset timing, just like the call... Thanks for making such a wonderful app.

1. Fix ChatsMock Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChatsMock Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChatsMock Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChatsMock Pro" » Open ChatsMock Pro - Prank chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChatsMock Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChatsMock Pro - Prank chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChatsMock Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChatsMock Pro - Prank chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChatsMock Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChatsMock Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChatsMock Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChatsMock Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChatsMock Pro not working

2. Fix ChatsMock Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChatsMock Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChatsMock Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChatsMock Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
