1. There are just times I can't log in or when I try to download the dvd again it wont work.I really like this app because of the ac photocards...I think it's a good idea.. but.. the app doesn't work... I always get a black screen and I can't do anything on my phone anymore... so just one star because the app doesn't workIt sends me to the "Google play services for AR" app which I cannot download because my "device isn't compatible with this version" so I can't scan the cards for this exact reason.

2. They either never respond or tell me to close apps and check internet but it never helpsTook me couple of tries and time but was able to download the whole dvd in the end, there are also pictures included.

3. What is the point of you following the instructions that the DVD includes if you won't be able to watch the content? I scanned another DVD and you have to actually look the DVD and click on the VIP verification.

4. I was so close to downloading a video I wanted to watch but it suddenly crashed and when I tried to download it again, the app kept crashing.

5. I click check and it just shows nothing and I try to click sign-in successful but it says check for duplication.

6. and, no my internet connection is not the prob.I cant scan my card, and I have no idea if I am doing it right.

7. I was really looking forward to scanning my card but was met with extreme disappointment.This app has been the worst app I've ever had.

8. I also don't like the fact that you have to allow the app to make and manage phonecalls to be able to actually download the app.

9. I never write reviews for anything but this has been the worst experience I've ever had.

10. I try to click the check button again, but nothing happens.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DISCPLAYER Issues

1. Fix DISCPLAYER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DISCPLAYER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DISCPLAYER App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DISCPLAYER" » Open DISCPLAYER » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DISCPLAYER » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DISCPLAYER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DISCPLAYER servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DISCPLAYER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DISCPLAYER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DISCPLAYER might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DISCPLAYER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DISCPLAYER then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DISCPLAYER not working
