1. I want to love this app like I did for the first year I had it with everything set up.Downloaded this app to identify a couple plants around the house but two pictures in it cut me off and was forcing me to subscribe to them.
2. And there is a free trial but to access all the features you do have to pay for a subscription and without it actually working it's not worth the money!The app is very inaccurate.
3. Maybe it actually functions at that point, I'm not sure.Great at recognizing plants but needs work on identifying problems.
4. And if you manage to get it to work - ITS NOT FREE!! There is a free trial and unless you purchase you can't use... it's a bait & switch.
5. Not surprised that there's a subscription, but figured it would be for premium features, while certain basic functionality would still be available for free.
6. It opens to the main screen and then stops... this makes me wonder if it's an info copying app instead.Disappointed..The app is terrible at identifying plants.
7. On top of all that you can pay $4.99 a week (yes, that's right... per week!) or $14.99/year. Or you can do a 3 day (yes, 3 DAY!) trial, after which the annual price goes to $19.99. What?! Absurd!I realize this is still in testing, but I can't do one thing with it.
8. So if you opt in for the free trial the yearly price then turns into 19.99. So its not really free.
9. Weekly plan is 4.99. Yearly is 14.99 then they have option for a free trial.
10. Has a 3 day free trial with auto subscriptions.
11. Couldn't recognize my plants, and the few times it did get the plant right, it was very vague.

I just purchased a 1 year subscription to nature id and it seems to have a very hard time identifying succulents which is the reason I got it. I’m not very impressed with the abilities of the app and have no use for it if it keeps bringing up obviously false identifications. I would like a refund on my subscription because I have no use for an app that will only add to the confusion.
I paid for a year subscription and I love the app, but for the past couple weeks I have not been able to use it. Everytime I go to open the app it backs me out and it hasn’t been fixed. My last option is to delete the app and redos load. Contact me back please

Just viewing details of your app and it automatically charged me for a subscription. I want it refunded now! I have read numerous complaints regarding the same issue where people did not sign up for it but it charged them anyway. This has been a known issue and is still going on. Please confirm my credit!
