1. Lots of things made me wondering or thinking about it.. I would appreciate it if it could say more direct things, like idk "don't listen to her", or "don't go there".. But I love the app really.This is one of the worst game i have played! All the predictions are just wrong, and if any one touchs the ball it gives just random answers, playing this is wasting your time, so dont install it!!!😖😖😖😲Fun.

1. Restart Your Crystal Ball: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Your Crystal Ball App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Your Crystal Ball" » Open Your Crystal Ball » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Your Crystal Ball » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Your Crystal Ball app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Your Crystal Ball servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Your Crystal Ball" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Your Crystal Ball app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Your Crystal Ball might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Your Crystal Ball. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Your Crystal Ball then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Your Crystal Ball not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Your Crystal Ball be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Your Crystal Ball not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Your Crystal Ball may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
