1. Camera Obscura has nada do with it: "A camera obscura is a dark room with a small hole/lens at one side through an image is projected onto a wall/table opposite the hole." "Camera obscura" can also refer to analogous constructions such as a box or tent in which exterior image is projected.
2. This would require a find & replace type feature as seen in Word and other office apps but for photos thus obscuring the same account number across a multiple pages scanned document.
3. Useful for quick obscuring of sensitive info in screenshot before uploading to cloud.Bull, your UI is too screwed up to be able to blur effectively for videos of any length...face recognition is non existing and when it does work, it never works right.
4. Camera obscuras with lens in opening have been used since 2:nd ½ of the 16th century & became popular for drawing aid, it help tracing projected image..."It crashes.
5. There is a legitimate use case for that, as especially on Pixel devices with photo backup built in, one might not want to use the default camera to take sensitive photos.
6. Most annoying thing, that it takes hours but nothing applied on video nor it saves the video with or without the edit.Give app permission to access your photos and obscure faces on pictures and save.
7. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the version on the Play store doesn't allow capturing photos directly from the app anymore.
8. Manually assigning perms shows a gallery of photos, but it still crashes. This app desperately needs to be maintained.
9. Video mode needs improvement.NOT WORKING at all, it asks to save the picture or video once it's done the menu is empty.
10. For another app or extended features I can use something for redacting names or account numbers on pages of scanned documents.
11. You can pixilate or redact face(s), or pixilate entire photo except the faces.
