Why should I report an Issue with Colibri - Telegram unofficial?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Viento to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. If it cannot receive the message in time then what good will it do... My phone is redmi note 10 pro please see to this problem...This is probably the best alternative mod I've used it's fast and resourceful but you have removed one of my favorite features it's in your v v7 .2.1.3 (17321) it allows users to choose storage location between phone and SD card, it's the one feature I loved about colibri cause my phone doesn't allow apps on SD card so I'm stuck using version v7 213 and telegram says I have to update before this version stops working can you bring back the feature? Cause I'll likely just uninstall without itBug:You are using an outdated app that doesn't support invite links with requests.

ThankyouBest telegram mod ever but can you guys bring back the 'Colibri settings' option to choose the storage between internal and external cause now its just stuck on the default internal storage, my phone can't move apps to SD card so this option has been my favourite no other telegram app has it on playstore plz bring it back I'll change the review to 5 stars againOverall good app, many usefull features but showing lot of ads, embeded channels attracting to join crypto scams and online games.

So far with no ads!What I love about it, Specially as a theme maker is the possibility to use an opaque status bar, makes a world of difference for me and I wish it was implemented in the official TelegramNo1 Telegram app! I love the layout and have experienced no performance issues.This is one of the best unofficial telegram app but can you add ghost mode on the next update.please make it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and tell me when you do itLogin code never send to email even after so many times trying.

4. Telegram soon will not support this version please update this app and please don't remove or change the old saving method of file savings in telegram folder, please don't put telegram folder in android folder.

5. It has the best feature but the app doesn't keep itself alive after closing even when the appropriate settings are turned on... When I open the app then only it starts to sync the message.

6. It has some relevant functions lacking in official Telegram as tab sepparated messages, mark all as read.

7. I would like to see an option to disable ads.One of 2 or 3 best unofficial versions.

1. Fix Colibri Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Colibri: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Colibri App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Colibri" » Open Colibri - Telegram unofficial » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Colibri » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Colibri - Telegram unofficial app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Colibri servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Colibri - Telegram unofficial" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Colibri app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Colibri might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Colibri. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Colibri then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Colibri not working

2. Fix Colibri Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Colibri be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Colibri not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Colibri may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
