3. Here to commend you for a great, safe, and non-buggy app! I just have one criticism about group chat: profile photos are flushed bottom-left after a string of messages from one person, making it hard to know when a new person is chatting.

4. The fact that you can use a user name and not your number to communicate with other people is a plusI have bold text set in the system settings and unlike the other apps, Telegram doesn't fully and properly support it.

5. Profile photos flushed top-left provide a better visual cue that a new person is chatting (and is how all the other chat apps do it/what our brains are used to/more intuitive).

9. Can delete message for all persons if I make a mistake, great group message app.I literally don't even get notifications anymore, they show up but they don't make noise.

1. Fix Telegram Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Telegram: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Telegram App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Telegram" » Open Telegram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Telegram » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Telegram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Telegram servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Telegram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Telegram app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Telegram might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Telegram. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Telegram then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Telegram not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Telegram be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Telegram not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Telegram may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
