1. I just wish there was a way to edit audio clips in app such as cutting a 55min clip down to 5mins to save memory or remove a pop from the end of a sound clip.I've used this app for several years at a regional dinner theater for sound cues and scene change music.

2. I switch from an unreliable, and very expensive sound cueing unit to using this app on my phone for my sound cues and music for my shows...and it worked seamlessly.

3. Have been using this app for years but after a recent update when we have it plugged into our system when pressing GO the time of the song starts counting but no audio plays until we put the time bar back.

4. If the developer fixes this I'll update my ratingIt pops a little when hitting the cues, it's verry noticeable, even if I set fades or set the start time of the file later.

5. Simple, plenty of basic options, no frills, features still being added, and well worth the price for unlimited use!!!This app saved me when SFX died on my laptop 90 minutes before a show this weekend.

6. Also knowing I can backup my entire show cues and files to give it to another tech to run puts my mind at ease.

7. There was a little bit of a learning curve on how to upload music and it does not support wav files... But it is on a device that is always with me and charged... So right there that's a win!Im finally putting this app through is paces and it has made my life so much easier.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Audio Cues Issues

1. Fix Audio Cues Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Audio Cues: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Audio Cues App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Audio Cues" » Open Audio Cues » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Audio Cues » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Audio Cues app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Audio Cues servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Audio Cues" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Audio Cues app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Audio Cues might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Audio Cues. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Audio Cues then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Audio Cues not working


2. Fix Audio Cues Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Audio Cues be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Audio Cues not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Audio Cues may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
