Why should I report an Issue with myPMI?

1. Apart from that, what actually is the purpose of this app?A complete joke...my products don't show up in my library and the app crashes every time I try to click on "Help Center".The app is basically worthless, it won't load my current course and makes me change my password everytime I log in.

2. I expect more from an app that is produced by an organization that prides itself in managing projects and processes.At first, I thought it would be a great app to learn and earn pdus.

3. Best case scenario, you can load a page of the pm ok (not even the full content in question, just the first mobile page).

4. For a company that sells project management knowledge, they should manage their internal projects better.Won't even open after downloading.

5. At first it crashed, now after reopening it says it can't open the widget.Last updated in August 2022.

6. Now, I find myPMI an excellent platform to stay abreast with current news, trends in the project world.

7. So huge a potential and so little in value.Minimal content in impossibly small text in an app where the back button doesn't work so you can't even get out of it.

1. Fix myPMI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myPMI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myPMI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myPMI" » Open myPMI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myPMI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myPMI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myPMI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myPMI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myPMI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myPMI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myPMI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myPMI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myPMI not working

2. Fix myPMI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myPMI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myPMI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myPMI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
