Why should I report an Issue with LIRR TrainTime?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Otherwise, a good app.Used it for the first time this morning and it was very accurate and helpful, especially when you're trying to be around as least people as possible! Its time update was correct, # of people in the car I got in looked right and I love that they show which cars make it to the station platforms.

2. What is the Email address to send screenshot? I assure you I'm within the 10 minute window on or in front of the..App was good but it hasn't been updated in almost a year and the ARRIVAL COUNTDOWN section has been stuck on the same page forever and can not change it to any other station countdown.

3. The app location database is too limited.Really annoying that it's not integrated with MTA etix (which only brings up Metro-North train time...why are these all separate apps??).

4. Finally, the 'show current location' feature is great as it shows where your standing on the platform in relation to where the cars will stop so you know where you must be for the car you want to get in.Whoa! A new design! It's definitely more modern looking and easier to navigate.

5. The times/track arrival countdown info for Penn Station is covering all the other stations and can not change it.

6. For example, the New Hyde Park station going to Penn Station sometimes shows the time for Penn Station to New Hyde Park.

7. It has a nice UI, arrival/departure times, real time track info and very helpful crowding information to pick the best train car.

8. Also annoying that it won't show all the trains for a particular day; you have to keep tweaking the time just to see what's available.

9. Please fix!I'm planning a trip for tomorrow.. Although I entered the date and the time I would like to arrive at my destination.

10. If they can fix this glitch then the app is pretty good.This app too often does not accept location address so you can't find out how to get to a specific location.

11. Very disappointedThe app does not update the Track to go to, regardless if you enter the LIRR Staton at Atlantic Terminal or Jamaica.

1. Fix LIRR TrainTime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LIRR TrainTime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LIRR TrainTime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LIRR TrainTime" » Open LIRR TrainTime » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LIRR TrainTime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LIRR TrainTime app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LIRR TrainTime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LIRR TrainTime" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LIRR TrainTime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LIRR TrainTime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LIRR TrainTime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LIRR TrainTime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LIRR TrainTime not working

2. Fix LIRR TrainTime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LIRR TrainTime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LIRR TrainTime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LIRR TrainTime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
