I really hope they fix it, this is really important.Useless more than 90% of it's timing is wrong and imprecise, the accuracy of the information is very low you cannot plan anything based on the data delivered by the app, one of the worest in it's kind in Turkey... Millions of Istanbul population relies on you to plan their work trajectory so please raise the bar or delegate the job to other start up than can deliver better service than yourssoftware catalog of logical, technical, fatal errors.

2. Biggest issue is the drivers not updating their bus location so you get a false report and the bus doesn't arrive when it says it willThe worst transportation application ever.

3. Yazık o kadar gelistirmissiniz, çalışıyor mu diye baksanız ya).This really isn't befitting of Istanbul, although the deteriorating app experience mirrors overall experience of using public transportation in the city over the past 2 to 3 years.

4. The app simply doesn't work for what feels like 90% of the time.It was terrible experience for me.

5. time passes, counter decreases, but bus does not reach the stop, because of a possible vaporization on the way.

6. All the time wrong timing and wrong location show us.

7. The app is filled with bugs.. Like, sometimes i cant open the bus stop pages or the bus pages and sometimes i cannot open it.

8. If it opens and i can use it, it shows wrong time always.

9. In addition, it shows imaginary buses coming to your stop (which never arrive).

10. I have to look the starting time if not i cant catch it.

11. In addition to that it's suddenly lags after struggling with being able to opening it by opening and closing gets many many times.

1. Fix Mobiett Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mobiett: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mobiett App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobiett" » Open Mobiett » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobiett » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobiett app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobiett servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobiett" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mobiett app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobiett might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobiett. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobiett then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mobiett not working

2. Fix Mobiett Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mobiett be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mobiett not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mobiett may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
