1. My problem is the background music is too loud while the narrative voice is too small, i can barely listen to the given information.i wanted to be able to add things that arent just for children.

6. Animals and books! I wanted to add like a gaming laptop or ps5 or tv or something like that.

7. The animation is an important feature of your product, hence as a customer I sincerely request its fixing for the sake of our satisfaction.

8. It is nearly impossible to watch a complete, smooth and good-quality augmented reality animation.

9. All you need to do is point your camera to the dinosaur, wait about 3s, and see the magic.Not working.

1. Fix DEVAR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DEVAR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DEVAR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DEVAR" » Open DEVAR - Augmented Reality App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DEVAR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DEVAR - Augmented Reality App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DEVAR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DEVAR - Augmented Reality App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DEVAR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DEVAR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DEVAR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DEVAR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DEVAR not working

2. Fix DEVAR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DEVAR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DEVAR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DEVAR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
