1. Other apps always leave me with a flat high E and all strings a little off relative to each other, but this one looks and acts like a good analog tuner pedal.
2. Other apps bounce around too much with acoustic guitar harmonics, this one is steady while still being sensitive enough to dial in the sound.
3. I'll check back from time to time to check for fixes.Having a way to tune various instruments that is never farther away than your smart phone is a great idea.
4. The only downfall is that - since you dont plug into it or pick up vibrations off of it - it has to be fairly quiet, otherwise you pick up other instruments pitch, or the pitch of someone's voice.
5. Besides that, it's pretty accurate as far as I can tell, I've never noticed any tuning problems that I could attribute to the app (ie dead strings, intonation etc). The app runs fast and is very accurate.
6. The only thing I could even think to tweak about it would be to have a single button toggle option or drop down menu on the main screen for different customizable reference pitch options, like 440 and 432, which I switch between often.
7. Issues seem to slightly improve with higher volume.Used to be the best FREE tuner, in my opinion, in the entire Google app store.
8. One drawback the me, I believe, not sure 100% sure, the app relys on Internet connection for its data crunching which is unreliable for me because I'll play in bar way out in rural Alaska where there is no phone network sometimes. This app is wonderful.
9. For the last couple of years it's had several bugs that have been worked out for the most part, but now it just will not pick up my guitar at all.
10. I even use it to hit correct pitches with my voice.Has everything a tuner should and they all work....and works well! Benn using this app for a few years now.
11. I have to use the manual mode tuning fork tones to tune by ear which pretty much eliminates the need for the app as I can tune by ear myself without it.
