1. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, and it does not work.The "need an account" button asks you to sign in... impossible to create an account.

2. But I am giving only one star because there is no facility to import shift schedule from defined format in excel sheet.this app is constantly malfunctioning.

3. So yes I'm frustrated.Not sure if it's just an android problem but the schedule from the website doesn't sync with the mobile app.

6. if I wasnt forced to use it for my job, I would never use it again.as an employee we're not able to import shifts into any calendars which is very limiting.

1. Fix Microsoft StaffHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Microsoft StaffHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Microsoft StaffHub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Microsoft StaffHub" » Open Microsoft StaffHub » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Microsoft StaffHub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Microsoft StaffHub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Microsoft StaffHub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Microsoft StaffHub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Microsoft StaffHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Microsoft StaffHub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft StaffHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Microsoft StaffHub then reinstall.
