It just stops working, reinstall and it works againThis wouldn't let me change the language it was German which I can't read so I couldn't use this app at all I couldn't find the option to change it and wouldn't understand the option if it had it anyway been German!When send music to chromecast, no sound at all, been more than couple months already, still no fix 🙁not good first of all keeps telling me I need to upgrade the app for it to work on my gear 3 watch then if I manage to open it on my phone (near impossible) it's in a foreign language BIG DISAPPOINTMENTChromecast bug shows sky radio and live that's it.

2. Unfortunate los of connection randomly on WiFi or mobile data, also doesn't continue playing after a call or if interrupted by another app due to adds with sound.Really like this app, like the music... Though the app stops working here and there and needs to be reinstalled.

3. Just two issues that could be improved 1) I'm on timezone +2, the main Skyradio playlist and playing now is synchronized correctly, however the other stations seem to have an issue with the time zone and show incorrect data in playing now area and playlist.

4. 2) The iPhone app does show the currently playing data on my car screen (via bluetooth) but the Android app does not show anything.

6. So I suggest you add a stream buffer or hire proper developers.Since the last update I have to reinstall multiple times to get the app to function.

1. Fix Sky Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sky Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sky Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sky Radio" » Open Sky Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sky Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sky Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sky Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sky Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sky Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sky Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sky Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sky Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sky Radio not working

2. Fix Sky Radio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sky Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sky Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sky Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
