1. The Jamstik is a smart innovation thank you but no Android I am now looking at the Pocket Guitar and telling Android users to purchase.Sound doesn't all was work, delete the app and reinstall to fix.

2. Jamstik can not be a replacement of acoustic or even electric guitar🙄🙄 i dont recommend jamstik to buy, i think i waste my huge amountWould have given 5 stars but the 2 star rating is because this device is geared for Apple products.

3. It may work good only with IOS devices so if you have only android then dont buy jamstik coz it is not for you until you spend again one IOS device.

4. Jamstik is compact so the app should be on a smartphone...right? But there are more apps for Apple than Android.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix jamstik+ Issues

1. Fix jamstik+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart jamstik+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the jamstik+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "jamstik+" » Open jamstik+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for jamstik+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear jamstik+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from jamstik+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "jamstik+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check jamstik+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, jamstik+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall jamstik+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall jamstik+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing jamstik+ not working


2. Fix jamstik+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make jamstik+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to jamstik+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, jamstik+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
