Why should I report an Issue with Gensokyo Radio?

1. The app is pretty alright, the album and song title doesn't update and music stops sometimes randomly, but music is pristine quality and when it wants to play it works.

2. Though I would like to see these auxiliary features fixed, the music is the most important at the end of the day.Love the radio station! It's awesome, i used to use it as my in game radio when playing war thunder until the link for it stopped working.

1. Fix Gensokyo Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gensokyo Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gensokyo Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gensokyo Radio" » Open Gensokyo Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gensokyo Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gensokyo Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gensokyo Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gensokyo Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gensokyo Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gensokyo Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gensokyo Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gensokyo Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gensokyo Radio not working
