1. Can't and wont waste my time again.I made quite a bit of money using this app but lately there has been a serious flaw.

2. It needs a "times attempted" stat to help users.HUGE waste of time!! If you enjoy running in circles (so-to-speak) and not getting anything done except spending your own time and gas then you'll enjoy this app.

3. The items are never in store, and there's no way to let others know not to waste their time looking for something that doesn't exist.

4. You are at a store and go to look for something (because you must find it first and then accept, otherwise you get points deducted) and the order is gone, which wastes time.

5. That would save time and ensure clarity.This app is one of the best paying apps to do super easy jobs when you're out & about.

6. Scavenger hunts sounds like fun, but it's helpful to find something every once in awhile - even once!Haven't been able to use it lately due to a location glitch.

1. Fix Field Agent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Field Agent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Field Agent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Field Agent" » Open Field Agent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Field Agent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Field Agent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Field Agent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Field Agent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Field Agent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Field Agent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Field Agent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Field Agent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Field Agent not working

2. Fix Field Agent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Field Agent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Field Agent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Field Agent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
