Why should I report an Issue with First Words for Baby?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Papumba to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. They want to 'drive' it themselves (press arrows and animals, numbers, etc.) but their finger seems to be too small to be picked up by the app consistently... So it would be great if the app's touch sensitivity could be adjusted to also recognise toddler touch / interactions.This has been a great app so far.

2. i HIGHLY recommend.Why won't it allow me to upgrade to the full version?? I don't want to delete the app because it seems great but i want all of it! 3. If you touch the plate/base of an item in the back rows, the game can mis-read your selection.Awesome app - my little one loves it.

4. My only quibble is that the selection area for items in the back two rows is too small (or the front item selection area is too big).

5. Support was quick to try help resolve my issue but in the end, they offered a reimbursememt and laid out the steps nicely and ordely on how to do.

6. Either provide a refund or solve the issue.It says you can change language to Spanish but just change the writing.

7. Emails to support are returned with "address not found".I wanted to update from 1 star to 4 star.

8. There is no purple! Instead it has 2 different shades of blue which just confuses my child.

1. Fix First Words Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart First Words: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the First Words App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "First Words" » Open First Words for Baby » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for First Words » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear First Words for Baby app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from First Words servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "First Words for Baby" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check First Words app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, First Words might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall First Words. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall First Words then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing First Words not working

2. Fix First Words Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make First Words be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to First Words not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, First Words may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
