Why should I report an Issue with CppDroid - C/C++ IDE?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Also i suggest,"Turning off wifi or data while using this app on your phone" because work screen gets too small if any ads pop up or sometime your whole program will go in vain(i.e.gets erased in background).

But it has a problem that is it doesn't has auto save feature, so it takes long to save and compile (in c++) then watch the result and also somewhat irritating if I have to test something because i have to do this process many times.Had a few teething issues on initial install, would hang during saving a project.

3. It's awesome.This was working brilliantly, until today it started repeatedly randomly crashing while I'm working on a project I've been working on for some time.

4. But this is the only phone app I've found that makes projects containing multiple code files intuitive and easy to work with.

5. An issue is when I minimize and try coming back it stops and has to be restarted, and that's trouble if I haven't saved the project was working on.

6. Any features worth using are behind a pay wall which is fine but there is no option to try before they cram a ton of useless data on your phone.

7. For people reading this, if variable length arrays cause errors when you complile THAT is fixed easily by enablng some of the features in app settings.Excellent app & Super fast.

8. But what is disturbing is that, while opening the app, the last file what I was working in- doesn’t load automatically.. Because sometimes I dont even remember that I was working with some projects.

9. The first time this happened I lost a lot of work, and it hasn't been stable for long enough for me to do the same work again in a single sitting since.

10. I will change my rating, and perhaps purchase the premium, when the crashing gets fixed.Just starting with C++ programming language and I'm loving it.

11. For instance, whenever I create a new file and type "namespace ...;" it just crashes to the home screen no matter what the namespace is.

1. Fix CppDroid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CppDroid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CppDroid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CppDroid" » Open CppDroid - C/C++ IDE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CppDroid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CppDroid - C/C++ IDE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CppDroid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CppDroid - C/C++ IDE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CppDroid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CppDroid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CppDroid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CppDroid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CppDroid not working

2. Fix CppDroid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CppDroid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CppDroid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CppDroid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
