Why should I report an Issue with Bells?

2. Use the instrument on your own for fun or use it to follow the video lessons and colorful curriculum at PreschoolProdigies. com.

1. Our young kids love it but when casting it to the TV, the music and/or video lags at the same place consistently.

2. The videos play well on small devices (phones and ipads) but not ideal for the whole family.

3. Even better if the downloaded video can cast to TV.We are happy that we can rotate this now, but the screen doesn't fit exactly--it's too big for it.

4. Can no longer slide between bells or play multiple bells at once (so no chords).

5. And, we can no longer slide our finger over the bells to make them ring continuously.

6. Developers, please review the casting options for level 1+ and 2+.

7. A bit disappointing, but still a good app.Something is up with latest update.

1. Fix Bells Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bells: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bells App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bells" » Open Bells » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bells » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bells app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bells servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bells" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bells app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bells might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bells. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bells then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bells not working

2. Fix Bells Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bells be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bells not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bells may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
