Thank you!It's so great everything's unlocked and there's not a lot of ads and you do not need to use an ad to get someone just have a play pass subscription then you can play it.I think that you guys should update thus one and the other ones so that you can bring your characters to other games and I also think that you should make more games free for younger kids like me I love all the my town games just by watching the videos but I am really sad that I can't play them and finish and add on to the story that I am creating you can't do a lot with only five of the games and only three are free I love your games but I will buy one with all of the ones you have already made into one I really hope this helps because I know that me and my cousin would really appreciate it if you did because she was the one that got me obsessed with my town but again I hope that at least some of my wishes come...

1. Fix My Town Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Town: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Town App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Town" » Open My Town : Stores » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Town » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Town : Stores app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Town servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Town : Stores" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Town might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Town then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Town not working

2. Fix My Town Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
