2. I have every single my city game.I really like all the games of my city I almost bought all of the games... I hope I can buy the rest that I did not purchase yet...Charged $ two times and we cannot get refund...Game locks up at start... Same problem after reinstallIt wou,d be better if you can always refund it I downloaded 3 of these games and tried to refund them afer downloading the wrong oneIt's so cool I can't stop playing maybe lower the price a little bit but I don't care amazinggood rolleplay game for kids was £ 2 .

1. Fix My City Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My City: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My City App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My City" » Open My City : Bank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My City » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My City : Bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My City servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My City : Bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My City app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My City might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My City. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My City then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My City not working
