That would make it much easier for the other people who live My town and My city.I think this is an asome game and really fun but when I grow up I want to be an acrobat so you should make a circus game with no glithes!Good job!Paid for the game thats still saying 3hours later its still installing and nothings wrong with my internet coz we downloaded and paid for 2 othere games after this purchase perfectly fine no problems at all so waist of money for this one i thinkPlease update date your game and make more players because I spent a lot of money on this game and it is not fun I hate it so much please fix itthe reason why its 3 stars is because when i saw the vid i saw where the gem is but when i try to put the gem in it glitches.Pretty good it is good with history and educationIt's ok.

1. Fix My Town Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Town: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Town App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Town" » Open My Town : Museum » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Town » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Town : Museum app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Town servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Town : Museum" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Town might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Town then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Town not working

2. Fix My Town Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
