THANK YOUI love all your games, there is just one problem, cut off the ads, everytime I do someone a ad pops up, please fix this, i am tired of these ads ruining my game,but anyway I love your games keep up the good work!!!This game was great! but.. most of the character are locked and others and sometimes i unlock the character with ads but when the ad end i have to watch another ad.. i dont know why.. but my town is awsome!bring your characters from that game over to learn and discover about science for kids, so if you need your knight to assist in fighting the witch, you can transfer to other games of the my town series! If you are just starting out with My Town games, no worries the museum offers a full-stand alone game experience If you can imagine it, you can make it.

Not many people would want to pay for a game , and its just an app whay would you want to make an app if almost nobody can play it for free !😡I luv my town,but there is only one problem.Some characters are locked and some are unlocked,and if I try to unlock one it does´nt come and if I try again then also there will come an ad and after that it comes thrice.Btw,My town is an awesome game.I like this game very much❤ but i have only one problem,if we go in the car to other games more than 3 times it just restarts itself and all go back to its places as it was before please fix that I dont know if it is a bug or something 😥 it is common to all games ☹too many ads but it's very good game dear , sir / madam please can you do one favor for me .

3. This game is soo cool i was a my town FAN until i was 6 the museum is cool the space area the dinosaur fossil digging the egeypt things and so much more! But there only one problem whenever i do something an ad pops up so please try to fix this problobem thank you!3 stars only.

4. I'm disappointed😢😢😢Well this app is good and i like to and i have all the free my town games but i think instead of making places that we do not go to much you should unlock the usual places like school and the supper market.

1. Fix My Town Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Town: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Town App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Town" » Open My Town : Museum - History » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Town » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Town : Museum - History app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Town servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Town : Museum - History" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Town might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Town then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Town not working

2. Fix My Town Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
