1. But the only problem is too many adds and the game glitches like when you download it its still fine but after three days or four? The game will give characters that dont have head or even body that is very creepy and the clothes in the closet will disappear like a bubble?!! Like how?!!!.

2. this game is the best! There's just one problem, ads! I hate the ads and plus when you open the app then close it everything goes back to how was when you first opened the app.

3. But the reason I rate it 4 stars is becuz when I open the game it let's me play you know as it should and then it kicks you out....?? But after when you get back in its okay....?? Please fix this ASAP.

4. For me this is a good game but just the adds and glitches I hope you fix this:(TERRIBLE!!! The game has way to many ads.

5. Kicks me out everytime I try to get in it!! Also, everytime I turn up my volume while in the game, the game freezes.

1. Fix My Town Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Town: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Town App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Town" » Open My Town: Grandparents Fun Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Town » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Town: Grandparents Fun Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Town servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Town: Grandparents Fun Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Town might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Town then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Town not working

2. Fix My Town Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
