Why should I report an Issue with Todaii: Easy Korean?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Mobile Learning to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Only one improvement suggestion: dark mode makes the the text white but the article background is also white so I can't see the words.I love the reading help, but did the podcast content disappear? I purchased a subscription and shortly after, when I go to the video menu and toggle to podcast, I see video clips only and no podcast list.

2. Thanks!Idea of app is great but realization is pathetic- specialy the reader auto reader who sound like from China and even words that I knows sounds like some different language so if you dont wanna sound like chiness emigrant whit v.bad ponaunsiation better avoid this app.

3. I hope this isn't permanent.Already subscribed to once life time payment, because it says enable look up offline dictionary, but even after download offline dict, most of words are not shown, so I have to stay online again, and also when there's a sentence using certain characters, such as %, the audio won't come out If I knew this, I will stick to free versionI think it's a good app but I can't figure out how to save words, if you can even do that.

4. Hopefully it is fixed soon, as I use the Easy Japanese app which is great, and would like to also be learning in a similar way with Korean.Easy to use and checking out vocabs work while reading really helps! Not all articles may be easy but it's great practice.

5. Useful for finding recent news quickly but some issues, 1) On words page (found at top of an article) the translations show in Vietnamese instead of Eng (didn't try other languages).

6. I found other issues but these are the most mystifying.Really great ui, super easy to pick up new vocabulary and put together grammar.

7. Kindly add the english translations for the TOPIK I and TOPIK II vocabulary words (They are available when you click the words, but not readily on the first page).

8. But concept idea of learning from reading news is rly great.The app crashes when trying to open.

9. What is the problem although it works on the learning English app.This is a great update (v3.0). It is closer to the other two (Chinese and Japanese) now.

1. Fix Todaii Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Todaii: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Todaii App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Todaii" » Open Todaii: Easy Korean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Todaii » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Todaii: Easy Korean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Todaii servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Todaii: Easy Korean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Todaii app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Todaii might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Todaii. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Todaii then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Todaii not working

2. Fix Todaii Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Todaii be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Todaii not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Todaii may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
