1. When used without overlay this is in HD for V2 drones. * Control via tilt, on-screen joysticks or USB gamepads. * Colour and saturation sliders to change on-screen UI colour and intensities of all UI. * Hide all on-screen UI at the touch of a button to fly by drone video using the HUD. * Fly by tilt, on-screen joysticks or USB gamepads. * Use normal, absolute or combined yaw flight modes. * Create multiple profiles for uses like indoor and outdoor settings; day or dusk UI; HUD on/off etc. * Profiles can be switched quickly from a UI icon. * Gamepad mapping allows the mapping of USB gamepad buttons and joysticks. * Both the official Parrot download site and latest unofficial firmware downloads.
2. Autonomous mode is why the Location permission is used. * Video recording to a file and/or USB recording on V2 Drones. * Local video recording with optional overlay of drone flight information.
3. This software also uses the unmodified JAR of Apache Commons Net licensed under the Apache License, Version 2. 0. * Flight animations allow a sequence of flight animations to be built up and then played back when the Drone is flying.
4. ARDrone Flight Pro includes all the ARDrone Flight Platinum Features: V2 Drone support, Flight Animations and Autonoumous Mode.
5. Use this app if you require all the Platinum Features without using the ARDrone Flight Platinum Features in-app payments, with extra Pro enhancements.
6. Pro enhancements include 3D orientation model; HUD attitude; new icons to maximise video area; hide all icons to fly by HUD; colour and saturation control for all UI.
7. Drones require a powerful Android CPU - Galaxy S is a minimum requirement when using local video recording recording with overlays.
8. This includes V2 only flips. * Uses you device GPS with Mapsforge maps to fly the Drone under autonomous control. N. B.
9. Bebop support is dependant on the Parrot firmware, so no autonomous GPS, just wifi based under app control.
10. See ARDrone Flight Pro discussion on ARDrone-Flyers. com forums. V2 AR.
11. Drones and Bebop v1/v2, with support for Cardboard style VR.
1. When trying to do so the progress bar never moves.Doesnt work with my s7 edge when connected to sky controller, continually drops out and if it does manage to stay connected it wont give a video feedIt does what we expected with AR Parrot 1...replace somehow the old 60beat Gamepad and make possible to fly with Android mobile,(60beat Gamepad required iOS)...thanks to the developer ! 👍👍Everything seems to work so far except the gyro control for the camera.
2. I look forward to trying a wired controller with it next.If you're trying to fly your drone in the Adirondacks with no cell service, the app is useless... As it wants to phone home everytime you open it to 'confirm license information' and won't open. Most of the app works.
3. Do not use this app. After using the freeflight version of this app, and being disappointed with poor response on the controls, I decided I was going to buy a wired controller for Android.
4. But seeing as how vr support is why I got the app in the first place, it's a major flaw.Just purchased the app hoping to use with my Ardrone 2 and stock Nexus 5 running Marshmallow.
5. To anyone in the same boat, this app is not intensive by the standards of 2022, works well and allows for far more engaging flight.
6. I haven't seen any crashing like in other reviews and haven't had any issues with licensing.
7. For now I took the refund.Sadly does not show video for me.
8. I did have issues with initial take-off, but it resets well and is much easier to control.
9. If anyone is out there flying AR drones, this is a must.App constantly crashes, sometimes in mid flight.
10. I cant get it to work consistently but that may well be something I'm doing wrong.
11. After using just with the touchscreen controls, it is clearly superior.
