ZEPETO Customer Insights
1. It makes me rewatch the add a few times and ends up telling me to just do it even if I am not able to.I really really really love this game!! But it would be way more better if you add the options to add sound tothe photos and yes most of the time the message option doesn't open and if it opens then no contacts are shown there ......it says " Add contacts "....... that's it .
2. other than that, lovely app and i love playing in the worlds.The other issue has been fixed! (A long time ago) but a new issue has arrived.
3. We don't have it anymore and I think you should put it back into the game! I also think that you should start us off with some zems, maybe 5? I think a lot of more people would play Zepeto if that was an update! Overall, it's a wonderful app!I love zepeto! I am one of many y2k influencers on zepeto and I'm very happy with it.
4. Now if you add the facilities in the next update then I will literally have nothing to say......🌺🌺🌺🌺i love the customization and amount of worlds to explore, but the bugs are still prominent even after the update that supposedly fixed them.
5. Other than that this app is perfect!Been playing this for more than years, im obsessed! but I wish there was a "recycling" option for clothes and stuffs because sometimes we buy stuffs and never wear them.
6. Great app for socialization and finding friends! Some feedback is maybe in the bio and in other places where you type, there is a really low word limit, and it would be nice if you made it a bit bigger.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZEPETO Issues
1. Fix ZEPETO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart ZEPETO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the ZEPETO App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZEPETO" » Open ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZEPETO » click "UPDATE".
- Clear ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZEPETO servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check ZEPETO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZEPETO might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall ZEPETO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZEPETO then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZEPETO not working
2. Fix ZEPETO Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZEPETO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZEPETO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZEPETO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, my name is cassius and I've played zepeto for 8 days. My account is 'cassius', and my email is yobbian@redacted . I've been trying to send some gift to my friends but it said that I have to be a member for at least 7 days. The thing is, it's been 8 days and I still can't send any gift to my friends for the same reason. I hope it's just a bug and that it'll get fixed really soon!

My ads are not working for like 4-6 months. I have complained by submitting a request but Whatever response I get that wasn't effective enough. While completing quest and spin wheel in both I couldn't able to generate ads. The ads pop box seems to be popped out like 20-30 times
