Voice calling is nice, but having a video call is very important in long distance relationships.An app like this should have the basic ability to change the ringtone and text alert sound, yet there is no way to do this without uninstalling the app, changing the default text alert on the phone, then reinstalling the app.

1. Fix Between Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Between: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Between App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Between" » Open Between - Private Couples App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Between » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Between - Private Couples App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Between servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Between - Private Couples App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Between app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Between might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Between. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Between then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Between not working
