Why should I report an Issue with WithU - Private Couples?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of WithU Technologies to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The being able to use the location was nice but I didn't see where you could make calls to each other that is important for us and even though I really find it sweet with the whole couples fb thing that's not something we got into but we have 7 years of marriage behind us maybe were boring hags now idk 😂Irritating u have to keep going in the app to wake up the location.

2. I switched on autostart and notifications on the lock screen as well.. I think the app is a bit slow and the maintainence is not adequate.. Please woek these issues.. Otherwise it's a good app that i would like you use..The style of the app, layout and functions seems kinda outdated and "by the book" as if a college project.

3. :(Plz let us to read previous messages without subscription (this is very annoying) and add last seen option and calling option... Otherwise it is a nice app..Just out of preference we didn't like it like I thought we would.

4. I'm not receiving notifications in the background.. Notifications are being recieved only when I open the app hence I am missing the notifications from my loved one... Messages are not being delivered quickly even if I have a seamless data connection.

5. My boyfriend and I rarely go in unless checking on each other so this app is pointless that it won't tell me or him where the other is unless that person goes in the appMessages dont always get delivered at time...even if the person is offline it still shows as read.

6. Only issue is chat feature keeps saying I have unread messages even though I've read and replied to them.Best couple App out there.

7. Not only does it secure your chats and media, but also allows couples to indicate their moods, calendars, notes and location.

8. The only reason why we went with "WithU" is cuz there was location sharing and the chat set up is like Whatapp.

1. Fix WithU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WithU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WithU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WithU" » Open WithU - Private Couples » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WithU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WithU - Private Couples app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WithU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WithU - Private Couples" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WithU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WithU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WithU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WithU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WithU not working

2. Fix WithU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WithU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WithU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WithU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
